Attached please find a draft, but incomplete, proposal for the shifts/presentations at the Bristol International Twinning Association stall on Saturday 18th July at the Bristol Harbour Festival. For one day, the 18th July there will be an International Stage with artists performing representing each of the Twinning Associations. The BTA will be represented by the Bristol Georgian Choir . Set out below is the programme of performers for the day and we are looking for volunteers to man the staff which will be advertising the twinning links to people passing by. We are looking for people to come and spend an hour with us if they have time. Esther and I will be manning the stall all day because Esther is acting as compère for the day and I am chair of BITA. The stage and stall will be located at Brunel Square which is next to the SS Great Britain. Please let Matthew know if you are able to help and if not please come to see the stage and visit the stall if you are at the Harbour Festival. The timetable and programme is set out below:

Esther will be the overall compere, Derek and Ann will be around all day, but below are suggestions for shifts during the day of representatives of the different twinnings, along with short, 2-3 minutes, presentations of each twinning before the performances by someone on the relevant committee.  Please advise of any additions/absences, I would like to confirm the schedule fairly quickly please.
